PLEASE NOTE:

 

The fees listed here are a basic guide for our immigration and asylum advice services. Of course, every case is different, and before we begin any work, you will be told precisely how your unique case will be billed.

 

If you opt for the one-off initial consultation, this fee will be discounted from your agreed total fee should you decide to proceed to a full application.

 

Should you wish to withdraw instructions part way through your case, we will charge you for all work we have undertaken on your behalf at an hourly rate of £160 plus vat where applicable.

 

VAT

 

All prices quoted exclude the UK’s value added tax (VAT), which is 20% and disbursements are additional charges such as application fees and any third party/external costs.

These are additional costs which may be incurred in progressing the case, such as the following, please note this is not an exhaustive list:

These costs are not included in our professional fees and are not necessary in every case. You will be notified at the beginning of your case if any relevant disbursements are anticipated.
